We strive to directly assist employers in meeting their staffing needs within the United States, while also having the ability to hire a legal foreign worker when a U.S. citizen cannot be found for the future work position. In such instances, if a U.S. citizen is not fully qualified for the position, such as lacking the required work experience, education, proper training, and skills.
A prevailing wage will be requested to ensure that the wages or working conditions of similarly employed U.S. workers are not adversely affected. A crucial step in the process for employers seeking to sponsor foreign workers for permanent residency (Green Cards) in the United States. The Immigration and Nationality Act (INA) requires that hiring a foreign worker must not adversely affect the wages and working conditions of U.S. workers in comparable employment. To comply with this statute, Department regulations require that the wages offered to a foreign worker meet the prevailing wage rate for the occupational classification in the area of employment. Please follow the links to be updated on current policies.
Rules and regulations apply throughout the process. We will assist by explaining the employer through all of the steps. The employer bears the burden of proving that they have met all the requirements to obtain a certification for the future work position.
Background checks are essential for prospective employees and are not included in the Remote Foreign Labor Certification process.
